i have some upgrades for my countship
The quality of the Healer's Hut drastically needs to be improved. Its just a Mordor Brick box.
I have made the upadates and made the quality better to the healers hut
I see you added some pillars and fire. But the hut itself is still constructed of 1 material and lacks the same quality as the rest of the build. Minding the fact the rest of the build was not yours but the quality needs to be about the same.
Try adding a door; some bars for windows, an Orc Bed, and Table of some sort where they would practice their craft.
Healer's Hut: 9x9 building size; [Only 1 Per Count]
- Somewhere to cook, Bed, Table, some storage [Can all be in one room]. Includes Herbs and medicines about
- Benefit: 1 CNPC Healer; Rapidly heals anyone who comes into her tent.

The room these are built in is a giant square... The entrance of which is also meh. I would consider having this place attached to the fortress already built into the wall rather than what looks like a stripped mined chamber.
The builds are also very rectangular and only meet the size requirement because of the wall. While this is fine the insides of both structures is barebones and needs some decor. The layout of both also needs to be improved.
My tip; look up online of DND blueprints for suggestions into what a Guild looks like or what a Knight's Estate could be. Typically I would imagined a fortified house as a good starting point.

I would like to see a lot more decoration for the Knight's Estate. It just seems empty; what would an Orc want in his estate? Maybe add some more items about, storage, etc.
The Knights Guild is missing sparring rooms, and I would suggest private rooms nearby. Its a Guild so I would also look up what Guilds had in medieval days.
I would say each place needs more decoration; theyre both largely square and dull. Consider adding more floors to each place, some nice hallways, and a bit more interesting designs.

The Knights Estate: There is an armory with your playter heads; and its 2 blocks tall. Considering how your cielings are elsewhere this makes it very tight and seems like you could have built it higher. Or moved the Armory into the Feasting Hall; Display the heads as trophies on the wall to fill out that space more.
Then leave the bedroom the same size.
On a side note; where did you get Collapsable blocks? I thought we made these unable to be crafted?
The Knights Guild: The courtyard should have something; perhaps some dummies to fill out the area or some target practice places.
The armory and sparing areas are tight and confined. You could consider taking half the meeting hall and placing them out there to spar in.

Stairs need to at least not show Mordor Rock; Estate should have nice sleeping quarters for the Knight. But those are minor fixes
